Individual Therapy
You are welcome for a guidance if you are a (young)adult (16+) or elderly, and you're searching for support with challenges such as:
burn-out
stress-related complains
depressive symptoms
somatic complains
overthinking or excessive worrying
difficulties with emotion regulation
fear of failure
perfectionism
questions about identity or life direction
loss and grief
a negative self-image and low self-esteem
issues related to self-care, purpose, or meaning in life
feeling stuck without knowing exactly why
Or perhaps you don't quite know what's going on – but you feel a need to face, understand, or heal something within yourself.
Relaxing Group Sessions
In a small group (3–6 p.) we take the time to slow down and relax.
Through breathing exercises and gentle attention you reconnect with your body and the here-and-now.
These sessions are intended for those who are regularly overwhelmed by stress, are tense or are often “in their head”.
